The Greenville Recreation and Parks Department is currently recruiting Tennis Instructors to teach youth and adult tennis classes. This program runs a variety of tennis programs throughout the year.
Tennis Instructors need to follow a basic game plan and be adaptable based on the clinic requirements. They should maintain a positive attitude and high energy with students, parents, and co-workers. Being familiar with basic tennis strokes is essential, and the willingness to learn is important.
Minimum Age: 16 years old at the time of application
Instruction Hours: Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Requirements:
- High school tennis team experience or similar competitive experience required
- Valid driver's license required to operate staff vehicle, as needed
- First Aid and CPR Certifications required within 60 days of hire
