Position Description
Manages and directs the day-to-day operations of a research center/institute or medium-sized department. Plans, coordinates and supervises the operation and activities of the center/institute/department. Develops and implements policies and procedures, administers the budget, organizes tasks and sets priorities.
Major/Essential Functions- Develop and oversee the organization's clinical training team and strategy aligned with operational and patient care goals.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and operations to align training with efficient and effective workflows.
- Partner with analysts and informatics teams to incorporate build changes into training.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus six years of progressively responsible management experience OR a combination of education and/or years of experience in management to equal a minimum of 10 years.
