LHH is recruiting a
Business Immigration Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm) for a law firm located in Wexford, PA (North Hills area). This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday, paying $18-$21 per hour depending on experience.
This position sits within a high-volume, production-focused operations team responsible for initiating immigration cases. It is not a traditional paralegal role; instead, it emphasizes structured, process-driven work with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Role SummaryThe CPPOC Operations Processing & Production team handles large-scale, repeatable immigration-related tasks in a highly structured workflow environment. Work requires speed, precision, and strict compliance with procedural guidelines.
During the initial pilot phase, team members will help test and refine workflows before full operational rollout.
Key DutiesPilot Phase Responsibilities- Run test processes to confirm workflow sequencing and operational logic
- Evaluate handoffs, timing, and queue flow efficiency
- Contribute to refining SOPs, routing rules, and task criteria
- Participate in time-and-motion analysis of workflows
- Help ensure systems and tools are ready for production launch
- Provide feedback to improve documentation and processes
Ongoing Production Responsibilities- Complete high-volume data entry, intake processing, form completion, and document preparation
- Follow SOPs and quality standards consistently
- Ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, and proper file handling
- Work within case management and workflow platforms
- Perform quality reviews and flag issues as needed
- Maintain clear and organized audit documentation
- Support continuous process improvement efforts
Required Qualifications- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage large workloads while meeting deadlines and SLAs
- Excellent organizational and task management abilities
- Comfortable using workflow or case management systems
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented setting
- Strong written communication skills
Preferred Experience- 1-3 years in administrative support, shared services, back-office operations, or similar roles
- Prior experience with data entry, document handling, or form-based processing is a plus
Work Environment- Fully onsite, 5 days per week in Wexford (North Hills area)
